Question 1

How do I receive my guide after purchase?

Accepted Answer

Instantly! As soon as your payment is processed, you'll receive an email with a secure download link. You can also access all your purchases anytime in your account dashboard. No waiting, no shipping — just immediate nourishment.

Question 2

What format are the guides in?

Accepted Answer

All our eBooks and guides are PDF files, designed to be read on any device — phone, tablet, or computer. Many also include printable components like recipe cards, trackers, and meal charts that you can print at home.

Question 3

Are these guides written by experts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every guide is authored by a registered dietitian or pediatric specialist and reviewed by additional pediatricians and dietitians before publication. We cite current research and update guides as new evidence emerges.

Question 4

My baby is X months old — which guide should I start with?

Accepted Answer

Each guide specifies the age range it covers (e.g., 4–6 months, 6+ months, 9–12 months). If you're just starting solids, the First Foods Starter Guide is our most popular starting point. For baby-led weaning, start with the 6-Month BLW Recipe Pack.

Question 5

Can I get a refund if a guide isn't right for me?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on every purchase. If a guide doesn't meet your expectations, email us within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked.

Question 6

Do you offer bundles or discounts?

Accepted Answer

We occasionally offer bundle pricing during launches and holidays. The best way to catch discounts is to join our newsletter — subscribers get exclusive promo codes and early access to new guides.

Question 7

I'm a dietitian or nutritionist — can I sell my guides here?

Accepted Answer

We'd love to hear from you! Visit our Become a Creator page or email hello@newbornmeals.com with your credentials and a sample of your work. We partner with credentialed experts to expand our collection.

Question 8

Are the recipes allergy-friendly?

Accepted Answer

Many of our guides include substitution guides for common allergies. The Allergen Introduction Roadmap specifically covers safe allergen introduction. Always check each guide's description for specific allergy accommodations.
