1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every guide we create. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email hello@newbornmeals.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

Simply email us with your order number and the email used for purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Digital Product Note

Because our products are digital and instantly downloadable, we can't 'retrieve' the files once delivered. However, we trust our customers and honor all refund requests within the 30-day window — your confidence matters more to us than any single sale.

4. Bundle Refunds

If you purchased a bundle, you may request a refund for the entire bundle within 30 days. Partial refunds for individual items within a bundle are not available.

5. Exceptions

Refunds beyond the 30-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We're reasonable people — if there's a genuine issue, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
