Guide
A checklist, not a full schedule
This free printable is intentionally simple: nine boxes to check off as you introduce each allergen, one at a time, with a few days between new ones per AAP guidance. For a week-by-week schedule, a symptom tracking journal, and a full reaction-response flowchart, see the complete Allergen Introduction Roadmap.
Frequently Asked Questions
What age should I start?
Current AAP/AAAAI guidance supports introducing allergens starting around 6 months, alongside other first foods, once your baby is developmentally ready for solids — check with your pediatrician first, especially with a family history of allergies.
What if my baby reacts?
Stop that food and contact your pediatrician. For anything beyond mild hives (difficulty breathing, swelling of the face/lips, vomiting), seek emergency care immediately.
